So, I gave the homemade Speculaas cream a try... and it was a failure. As a cream, mind you; I think it will do well as cookie dough, for which I'll use it tomorrow. Apparently, ground biscuits don't work the same way for Speculaas cream as crushed ones. The consistency is too hard. But Speculaas biscuits are nice, too, and I'll fill the
